A monthly plan that spreads the cost of routine care and quietly takes the admin off your plate.
Our Pet Care Plan bundles your pet’s routine preventative care into a single monthly direct debit. You save against the full prices, your pet gets their annual health check, and we book everything in for you automatically. Two tiers, for cats, dogs and rabbits. Essentials covers the routine year. Premium adds unlimited consultations for new conditions, free insurance claim processing and an annual microbiome test. Over a year, Essentials saves a dog owner around £352 against paying as you go, and Premium around £578. There is no admin fee to join, and puppies and kittens signing up at six months get their first month free. You can move from Essentials to Premium at any time.
The Pet Care Plan is paid by monthly direct debit. There is no admin or joining fee, and you can move from Essentials to Premium at any time. Discounts apply to standard prices on the day of treatment. Items included are taken as needed across the year, not banked. If you cancel, any balance of treatments already taken at the discounted rate is settled at the standard price difference. We will always explain this in plain language before you sign up.
We are committed to providing high-quality care for your pet and, where it forms part of your membership benefits, offering unlimited consultations. To make sure the service is used fairly and responsibly, the following applies. By using our unlimited consultation service you agree to these guidelines and help us keep the programme working for all of our clients and their pets. Reasonable frequency of visits. Unlimited consultations are intended for regular and ongoing care, preventive treatment and managing chronic conditions. We ask that consultations are booked around your pet’s health needs rather than frequent or unnecessary visits for the same issue. Excessive or repeated visits for the same condition without clinical need may be reviewed. Consultation limits. Although consultations are unlimited, we encourage owners to work with their vet to build a care plan that meets their pet’s needs effectively. Inappropriate use, such as repeatedly booking consultations for trivial concerns, may result in a review of the service. Respectful interaction. All clients are expected to treat our staff with respect and professionalism. Any abusive or disruptive behaviour, whether towards our veterinary team or other clients, may result in suspension of the service and cancellation of your membership. Cancellations and no-shows. So that our resources are used efficiently, please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations without notice may lead to a review or suspension of the service. Clinical judgement. Our veterinary team will use their professional judgement to decide whether a consultation is medically appropriate. If a vet believes a booking is frivolous, excessive or not in the best interests of your pet’s health, they may decline or limit future bookings. Fairness to all clients. Unlimited consultations are offered so that every pet receives the best care possible. Our clinical team’s time is finite, and consultations are subject to the availability of a vet or nurse. We may need to move or rebook your appointment if the member of the team you are booked to see is needed elsewhere for an emergency, or is unavailable on the day.
There is no admin fee to join. Puppies and kittens signing up at six months old get their first month free. Microbiome testing on the Premium plan is dispensed in practice: you register the kit by scanning the QR code, results are emailed to you, and your consultation to talk through the findings and recommendations is included.
