Our Services

Everything you would expect, delivered slowly.

A full-service veterinary practice. Modern medicine where it counts, gentler alternatives where they help, and the time to do both properly.

What We Offer

A full toolbox, used carefully.

Click any service to see more. Pricing for the most common procedures lives on our prices page, and we are always happy to talk through a tailored plan in a consult.

01

Consultations and second opinions

+

Twenty-minute appointments as standard so we can listen, examine, and explain. We give second opinions readily, particularly on allergic disease, IBD and cancer, with full notes shared back to your previous practice if you wish.

  • Twenty-minute slots, the same price as a standard consult elsewhere
  • Same-vet booking on request, for continuity through complex cases
  • Second opinions on allergic disease, IBD, cancer and complex chronic cases
02

Diagnostics and imaging

+

In-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound and ECG, with same-day results for most tests. We use diagnostics to confirm what is going on, not as a routine bolt-on.

  • Full in-house biochemistry and haematology
  • Digital X-ray and abdominal/cardiac ultrasound
  • Titre testing in-house
03

Surgery

+

Soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery in our dedicated theatre, with multi-parameter monitoring throughout. Recovery is in a quiet, low-stimulus ward with full nurse oversight, and acupuncture during recovery as standard where it helps.

  • Fixed-price neutering bundles, with anaesthetic monitoring, intravenous fluids and recovery care included
  • Soft tissue including masses, GI surgery and reconstructive work
  • A wealth of experience with brachycephalic patients: BOAS surgery, entropion repair and cherry eye correction
  • Orthopaedic referrals available for complex cases
04

Dentistry

+

Full scale and polish under anaesthetic, dental X-rays as standard, and extractions only where the tooth cannot be saved. Pricing is fixed in advance so there are no surprises on collection.

  • Pre-dental scaling assessment before booking
  • Digital dental radiography as standard
  • Patient-centred analgesia plans, including nerve blocks, within the bundle
05

Preventative care

+

Vaccinations only where they are needed, parasite cover that matches your pet's risk, and dental homecare that actually works. The opposite of a one-size schedule.

  • Titre testing before re-vaccination, with clear advice on results
  • Risk-based parasite cover, never blanket prescribing
  • Natural flea and tick spray available as a deterrent, with prescription cover ready if needed
  • Annual health checks built around your pet's life stage
06

Acupuncture and laser therapy

+

Veterinary acupuncture and class IV laser therapy as gentle, evidence-supported options for pain, mobility, post-op recovery and chronic conditions. Used alongside conventional treatment, never instead of it.

  • Acupuncture for chronic pain, arthritis and recovery support
  • Relaxation points used during blood sampling and nail clips for anxious pets
  • Class IV laser for inflammation and wound healing
  • Physiotherapy referrals available for rehab cases
07

Herbal medicine

+

Western veterinary herbal medicine, prescribed alongside conventional care where it can help. Patient-centred, and used for skin, gut, chronic and behavioural conditions.

    • Herbal support for skin, gut, chronic and behavioural conditions, used around procedures and recovery
    • Herbal tincture recipes formulated for your pet
    • Raw feeding education and support (we are members of the Raw Feeding Veterinary Society)
    • Diet is discussed as part of any consultation — raw, home-cooked, kibble, wet or mixed, with no brand pressure
08

Microbiome work and FMT

+

Investigation and gentle support for gut imbalance, chronic loose stools and recurring upsets. Includes faecal microbiota transplant for selected cases.

  • Full microbiome assessment with practical, food-first plans
  • FMT for selected chronic GI cases, with clear outcome reporting
  • Joined-up care between vets and nursing team
09

End-of-life care

+

Compassionate, planned support when the time comes. At the practice or in your home, with the time and quietness this deserves.

  • Quality of life consultations, with no pressure either way
  • Home euthanasia available within our visiting area
  • Cremation arrangements and aftercare advice
10

Home visits

+

We are not offering routine house visits at the moment, but we will come to you for end-of-life care, so your pet can stay at home with the people they know.

    • Home euthanasia by arrangement, from £350 for the visit and the euthanasia itself
    • Travel charged at £41.99 per 15 minutes from the clinic
    • Cremation arranged separately — contact the practice for an accurate quote
    • Out-of-hours referral to our partner emergency service
11
